Delivery Times

Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping delivers within 2-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally! Contact us for shipping rates to your location. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at viceliatinde20@gmail.com or call (214) 677-1059. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you a replacement or refund.
